Milk Bone has teamed up with H.E.B. to present APD's K-9 Patrol with $5,000 towards
the purchase of a new police K-9. They presented a check to Chief Stan Knee at the
H.E.B. at 1000 E. 41st St. in the Hancock Center on December 2, 2005, and K-9 Patrol
performed a quick demo for the attendees, which included school children.

MIlk Bone also made a donation to APD's K-9 Patrol Unit in October 2004 of $5,000,
which went towards the purchase of Vuk. At the date of the 2005 Milk Bone event, Vuk
was not yet certified for street work, but he showed the crowd that he was just about
ready for his big test by performing flawlessly.
